Subscription Term: Duration of the Subscription can be on Monthly or Yearly Basis.
Lock In Period : As we provide Services on Subscription model our agreement bound for Minimum service of 6 Month.
Services Provided: Services offered by Logicsyncs, including website design, development, maintenance, updates, security enhancements, Content Writing and technical support.
Subscription Fee: The recurring payment amount charged by Logicsyncs, for the subscription services agreed by both the parties. This may be fixed or variable depending on the selected subscription plan and additional services required.
Payment Terms: Frequency and method of payment Will be monthly, quarterly, or annually, and late payment fee will be Rs. 1000/- if tend to fail selected Subscription Amount which includes bank charges.
Termination Clause: Minimum 6 Month Lock in Period and requires one month advance notification by both the parties. Either party may terminate the subscription agreement, including notice periods.

Limitation of Liability: Defines the extent of Logicsyncs liability in case of service disruptions, breaches, or other issues, including any limitations on damages or indemnification provisions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: In Case of any dispute all cases will be subject to Faridabad Jurisdiction. Amendment and Modification: Making Change in Website after Completion will be additional over and above subscription model Except Free Changes once in a year.
